2013 Vicarious Traveller’s Series a Success… and What is WWOOFING?

The Richmond Hostel Committee friends and volunteers, along with the Richmond Public Library, have hosted the Vicarious Traveler’s Series on select Saturday afternoons this winter.

We had a great series this year, with lively presentations and great audiences. From The Frugal Explorer’s Dream Trip to Australia with Emily Parlove on Jan. 5, to Budget Travel: More Bang for Your Euro with Gerry Leonard on Jan. 19 and most recently, Thailand and Cambodia with Amy Nichols-Beloon on  Feb. 9. Thanks to all of our speakers!

Up next is our final installment for the season on March 16: Seeing the World by WWOOFING.
